Recently returned from a 50th Girlie celebration plus dogs what a fantastic place to stay beautiful walks for all and Carne beach so close, have just finished asking if I can go back with the dog and family next year! It was my dogs happy place ❤️ ❤️

Such a beautiful part of the country, easy to find, and easy access to many other locations. We were lost for words at the cottage, so beautifully unique, we felt really privileged to be able to stay there. That said it is so homely that it is wonderfully welcoming and completely relaxing. Carne Beach is perfect for all the family and dog friendly too. We did not want to leave!
What a stunning & beautiful house! We spent a week at Chyrond & cannot recommend the place enough. I was speechless when we entered the house, it’s much more spacious than I imagined it would be & it has such character. Fantastic location for walking & exploring & then back to the house to relax, combined with sunshine it was perfect. Hope to return in the future!!
We’ve just returned from a glorious week spent in Chyrond. What a spectacular house! Spotless and extremely comfortable and the perfect base for exploring the stunning local area, sandy beaches and Cornish life. Loved by all of us including 2 young boys and our beach-crazed Labrador. Hope to be back sometime soon 🙂
We have just returned from a wonderful week at Chyrond. The house is so comfortable and homely – we loved it. My Dad spent most of his holiday in the garden either strolling around or working his way through the books! We visited several towns around but always gratefully returned to the peace and quiet of the house and village to relax in the evenings.
We can recommend the pub in the village too – friendly and good food.
We are planning to return next year & maybe for 2 weeks – can’t wait !

We’ve just booked our 5th return visit. There’s no place like it in the area, not offering the space, parking, large secure garden and facilities of Chyrond and in our opinion it’s the best round house in the village.
The whole of the Roseland is within easy reach and Veryan is a lovely picturesque village with its well-stocked shop, church, dog friendly pub and village green, what more could you want? How about a dog friendly beach less than a mile away with a National Trust car park & toilets?!?
Can’t wait! We Love It!!!
