We have just had a secure / lockable dog run installed around the back of the house. This really has made Chyrond a dog friendly holiday cottage.
The thatched roundhouse can look its best in the spring when our gardener, Chris, has tidied up after the winter.
Cold days with clear blue skies are not infrequent. There is a custom in Veryan to play rounders on the beach on Boxing Day. Even if it’s snowing!
September is still genuinely warm and often relatively rain free. We have had many warm days on the beach in the October half term holidays.
